	– Victoria Falls Steam Train receives spot on acclaimed Sundowner Award

The Victoria Falls Steam Train Company has been awarded 6th position in the “World’s Most Spectacular Sundowner Spots.”

The company was bestowed this honour in the prestigious BA Horizons magazine where the vintage steam train’s awesome vantage point of the middle of the Victoria Falls bridge at sunset is globally acclaimed. This ultra-exclusive stop boasts amazing up-close views of the world’s most spectacular mile-wide waterfall, the powerful Zambezi River and the spectacular 111m high bungi jump.

The Steam Train offers “The Bridge Run” on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The old-fashioned steam train, dating back to 1928, is beautifully restored and offers a romantic ambience of days gone by. The carriages can accommodate 10 - 200 passengers. Light snacks are served together with champagne, cocktails, or tea and coffee. The journey is approximately 1 ½ hours.

Top spot of the list went to the Greek Islands (Kastro Santorini), then came Zanzibar (dhow safari), Grand Canyon (El Tovar Hotel), Tanzania’s Serengeti (Migration Camp) and Norway’s Grotten Bar.
