The eagerly awaited One&Only Cape Town Hotel and Resort opened its doors with much fanfare in early April 2009, 6 months ahead of schedule. Setting new precedents for luxury, exclusivity and uniqueness, this “five star deluxe” incentive class property is located in the heart of the bustling V&A Waterfront, gateway to the magic of Cape Town and its beautiful surrounds.

The resort complex is set over three areas. The seven storey Marina Rise forms the main part of the complex and has 91 rooms and suites. The hotel boutique sports sought-after fashion labels, some of which are available in South Africa for the first time.
