Stretching over 2500 km along the East coast of Africa lies an untamed and magical land - Mozambique. Lapped by the warm Indian Ocean, Mozambique is renowned for its pristine white beaches, lush tropical islands and succulent seafood.

Bazaruto Archipelago has earned its reputation as one of the world's top fishing spots, but fishing is a sport enjoyed throughout Mozambique. Dorado, king and queen mackerel, giant trevally and tuna are found throughout the year, while Black Marlin and sailfish are best caught from September to January. No experience is necessary for this thrilling adventure.
After years of war big game and safaris are recovering in Mozambique, however some of the best game reserves in the world are in neighbouring South Africa. There are direct flights from Vilanculos, the gateway to the Bazaruto Archipelago, to the official airport of the world renowned Kruger National Park.
For excellent bird watching visit Inhaca Island. This tropical island off the coast of the capital Maputo, boasts over 200 species of birdlife.
If lazing on white sandy beaches lined with palm trees while sipping cocktails is more your idea of a holiday, Mozambique offers some of the most idyllic islands and beach hot spots in the world. Pemba located in far north offers pristine beaches, and fun family resorts.
