Looking for a unique and exhilarating experience for your incentive conference? Offer your clients an experience like not other - a walk with the Kings of the Jungle.
ALERT (African Lion & Environmental Research Trust) is Africa’s first genuine programme to ethically re-introduce the offspring of a rehabilitated captive-bred African lion into the wild. Located in Thorntree Park in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, a mere 10 minutes from Livingstone town, clients are able to walk alongside and interact with 10 lion cubs for over an hour. The project was created to safeguard the future of these majestic creatures.
The package includes return transfers from all accommodation in Livingstone town, and is offered twice daily. There is an option of either a morning walk followed by a full English Breakfast; or an afternoon walk followed by snacks, soft drinks, beers and wine. Trips are limited to a maximum of 10 people per walk, and DVD’s of the experience are available to purchase.
Since the inception of this program in mid December 2008, praise has been flowing in from across the globe. Susan of the USA commented, “What an amazing experience to walk in the wilds and watch close-up these beautiful beasts, it was as if we were part of their pride.”
This unique experience is yet another stamp on Victoria Falls being the adventure capital of the world. No leashes, no collars - an authentic African adventure where clients have the once in a lifetime opportunity to walk with lions.
